Mysore SF’s philosophy is built upon a foundation of Ashtanta lineage and tradition as taught by Sri K Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Jois of Mysore South India. We ask that all students, new and established, understand this history and background in order to be truly present and conscious of the roots of the practice.
