Are you new to Mysore Yoga?
Welcome! New students begin their studies at Mysore SF with a one-month commitment to practice 5 – 6 days a week. Don’t worry, your practice at first will be short perhaps 20 minutes or so. Every day or every few days we’ll add a posture or two while you slowly integrate the breathing system, gazing point and postures. If you travel for work no problem, contact Tonya with specific dates and we’ll get you started with an individualized practice you can do while you travel.
Are you new to Mysore SF with an established practice? Are you from out of town with an established practice and would like to visit Mysore SF?
Welcome! Best time to arrive is at 6:30 am. Of course, you’re welcome to arrive later though Magnolia has more time to chat and connect earlier in the mornings when it’s not as busy. Magnolia’s focus as a teacher is on the integration of the Tristhana method (breathing system/dristi/posture). Keeping this in mind, she may shorten your practice in an effort to help you better understand and incorporate Tristhana. Contact Tonya for more info.
